MADE creative combines professional arts practice with consultancy services for projects, programmes and services. The team is experienced in delivering successful projects to budget and time and have worked across private, charity and public sector. We have a particular interest in Arts & Health, Creative Education, Community Participation and enhancing soft skills and have experience of working within these areas through private commissions, academic research and community engagement. We are able to plan, engage and deliver programmes for clients by using our extensive network of project professionals and art practitioners.

Delyth leads this area of the business, specialising in programme and project management, with a demonstrated history of working on successful education and arts management programmes at local, national and international level. Delyth is experienced using the key principles of Prince2 and Agile working methodologies to ensure projects are run as efficiently and effectively as possible. She is currently working towards The Project Professional Chartership.

Prior to moving into project management Delyth’s own art practice focussed on participation and arts and health, working on commissions and community art work as part of an MA in Arts and Health (University of Glamorgan), setting up and running the group Llantrisant Community Arts and with the University of Glamorgan’s outreach programme (Glamorgan Gates). Delyth’s work with RCTCBC’s Cultural Services department involved developing opportunities for young people to get involved in the creative industries through the commissioning of artists, setting up a grant funding process and working with schools to further develop their links and offer.
